How we use application information

AURA collects the information you submit to evaluate your fit for the worldwide paid design partner pilot, contact you about your application, operate the research, and understand which outreach campaigns produce relevant applicants.

What we collect

We collect your contact details and country, the optional company and role details you provide, your workflow description, consent, and basic campaign attribution such as UTM parameters and referral source.

Application notifications

Your application details are also emailed to the AURA pilot organizer to support review and follow-up. Your application remains saved in the private pilot dashboard.

Advertising measurement

We use the Reddit Pixel to measure page visits and whether an application was successfully submitted. We do not send your form answers to Reddit.

How we use and retain it

We use this information only for pilot selection, communication, research administration, and aggregate campaign measurement. We do not sell your information. Access is limited to people working on the AURA pilot. We retain applications only as long as needed for these purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your application by emailing yana.visionfactory@gmail.com.
