Campaign reporting
Gather results from advertising platforms, analytics tools, and spreadsheets, then prepare a client report explaining performance and next steps.
Join a seven-day pilot built around your real marketing workflow.
AURA is an AI product we’re developing to help businesses coordinate their tools, AI assistants, and human approvals around everyday work. We want to understand how it can reduce manual handoffs and make business results easier to analyze and act on.
Product research. No purchase or subscription required.
Who is this for?
We’re particularly interested in marketing agency owners, solo founders, independent marketing consultants, and people responsible for marketing in small B2B businesses.
Managers and employees are welcome if they control the workflow or can involve the person who authorizes participation and any necessary access.
You should have a recurring process involving several tools and be able to describe a recent example.
U.S.-based participants are preferred. Applicants from other countries are welcome.
What could we explore?
Choose a recurring process you already perform. We’ll agree on a measurable goal, such as reducing reporting time, improving contact-list completeness, or shortening approvals.
Gather results from advertising platforms, analytics tools, and spreadsheets, then prepare a client report explaining performance and next steps.
Compare campaign results, identify trends, and prepare recommendations for human review.
Research competitors’ messaging, content, and campaigns, then summarize findings for a strategy or client presentation.
Research potential customers, journalists, or publications, verify contact details, remove duplicates, and prepare an outreach list.
Turn a client brief and research into a content plan or draft, collect feedback, and coordinate approval before publication.
Organize briefs, assets, deadlines, and client feedback across tools, and prepare follow-ups for missing materials or outstanding approvals.
What will you do?
A short introductory call helps us understand your workflow and confirm fit. Before beginning, we agree on the activities, timing, safe data, any necessary access, success measures, and compensation.
Participation takes approximately 60–90 minutes of mostly asynchronous activities over seven days.
Walk us through a recent example: the tools, steps, problems, and final output. Together, choose one improvement and agree on how we’ll measure it.
Test the agreed workflow using safe sample data. Review the output for accuracy, completeness, and usefulness. You retain control over approvals.
Tell us what worked and what needs improving. After completing the agreed activities, you receive a final pilot report covering the findings and recommendations, alongside your compensation.
What do you need?
To apply, a brief description of your business or role, workflow, and tools is enough.
For the pilot, we may need:
Any required integrations or access will be discussed and agreed beforehand. No confidential client data or tool connections are needed to apply. Confidential client data would require the client’s explicit authorization.
Why participate?
This is product research, not a sales activity. We need real business examples to understand where AURA helps, where it falls short, and how requirements differ between businesses and tool combinations.
Your honest feedback will help guide product development. You’ll receive a final pilot report covering the workflow, findings, and recommendations.
Compensation starts at $66. The final activities and exact payment amount will be agreed before the pilot begins. Payment is through PayPal after completing the agreed activities. No purchase is required.
Applications are open
